This page illustrates how simply you can create a process around managing leads and opportunities within Task Ready.
In Task Ready you can create any number of contacts. As the custom form builder can also be applied to contacts you can store any amount of information on your contacts. An example below shows some useful properties that could be captured for each contact.

Using the custom form builder you can create any number of properties to capture lead and opportunity information. In this example below we are creating a new lead for the contact we created above. In this lead we are capturing how the lead came about, what product the contact is interested in and the quanity of that product.

All leads can then be easily searched and displayed using the custom search features. Here we can see a lead submitted by John Smith from our examples above.
 Clicking on the lead in the search results will take use to an expanded view of the lead. In this view can edit the lead information, assign the lead specifically to a member of our sales team, view the contact information and also add notes as the lead progresses.

We can also make use of other Task Ready features such as My Searches to make custom searches and quickly access our leads. The My Tasks feature would also be useful for the sales team as they can remined themselves of tasks they have to do for particular leads.
