Custom Forms

The core aspect of Task Ready is the ability to create custom forms. With the in-built form creator you can create nicely presented forms with properties such as textboxes, drop down lists, radio buttons, dates etc..

There is also the ability to validate form input through regular expressions. In this way you can make sure that users are submitting the correctly formatted input.

Simple Management

There are a variety of ways to make sure that forms are processed according to your requirements.

  • Event Emails - At every step of the form workflow you can create custom emails to notify particpants of required work.
  • Discuss - Forms have a simple discussion feature attached that allow you to communicate easily with workflow participants.
  • Homepage Overview - The homepage succinctly displays forms requiring attention.
  • My Tasks - Setup notes or reminders, similar to a "to-do" list, so you can keep track of urgent matters.

Powerful Search

To manage forms you need to be able to find forms and prioritise them. The advanced search features let find any form in a matter of moments. To make things easier you can save custom search templates to the main menu for even quicker access. Furthermore, administrators can roll out custom searches to all users, for example when a new form is created you can also apply a new quick search for eveyone.

Reporting

The advanced reporting featues of Task Ready allow you to track form submissions and analyze trends. Reports can be displayed as matrices or graphs. You can also export data to Microsoft Excel for further manipulation.

User Account Management

When used internally Task Ready can integrate with Microsoft Active Directory or Novell eDirectory allowing you to maintain a single store of user data.

Task Ready can also run from accounts created locally. So you can allow users to create their own logins into the applicaton.

Theme

Task Ready is almost completely styled through CSS. This means that you can create custom CSS to style the application to your corprate branding. This can allow Task Ready to appear as though it seemlessly integrates with your intranet or website.
