  • Comunet protects the personal information it holds from unauthorised access, modification, misuse and loss.
  • Except when required by law, Comunet will not disclose personal information to another party other than when it is necessary for that client to receive services. ‘Another party’ may include partners, contractors or agents whom we engage as part of our provision of services to you.
  • You may request access to the personal information we are holding about you and you may correct or update the information if you can establish that it is incorrect. You must put your request in writing and we will respond to your request within 14 days. We will need to see proof of identity before we release the information to you and your access to the information may be under supervision.
